For buyers

No lead forms. No endless calls. No pressure before there's a real match.

  • Bring the exact VIN — you control the car and the terms.
  • Stay anonymous until you choose to unlock a match.
  • Dealers compete for your specific, serious demand.

For dealers

No tire-kickers. No vague leads. Only VIN-specific demand backed by a Commitment Fund.

  • See real buyers for the exact vehicles you carry.
  • Accept, counter, or decline on your terms.
  • Every request is intent-verified before it reaches you.
How it works

Build the agreement. Dealers respond. Buy as agreed.

Find the VIN, name your price, back it with intent — then let dealers come to your terms.

01

Build your agreement

Bring the exact VIN and set the terms you'll accept — out-the-door price, down payment, timeline. That's your agreement.

02

Back it with intent

Place a $500 Commitment Fund — a refundable hold that verifies your intent. It's held by AsAgreed, never disbursed to the dealer.

03

Dealers accept or counter

Dealers respond to your exact terms — accept, counter, or decline. You stay anonymous until you choose to unlock a match.

04

Buy as agreed

Unlock the match and the terms come with it. The deal you agreed to is the deal you go in to sign.

The Commitment Fund

$500 that proves you're serious.

When you submit an agreement, you place a $500 Commitment Fund — a refundable holdused to verify buyer intent. It's held by AsAgreed and is never disbursed to the dealer, which is exactly why dealers treat your agreement as real.

How the Commitment Fund works

Protected & returned when

  • No dealer accepts your agreement.
  • You withdraw before a dealer accepts.
  • The dealer changes the accepted terms or loses the car.
  • The vehicle materially differs from the listing.

At risk when

  • A dealer accepts your exact agreed terms and you refuse to engage.
  • You unlock a match, then refuse to engage in good faith.
Accountability

What happens if the deal changes?

The whole point is that it shouldn't. When a dealer accepts your terms, those terms are the agreement — and AsAgreed keeps a record so there's nothing to renegotiate at the dealership.

The terms are recorded

Every accepted agreement has an Agreement ID and a documented out-the-door price. Both sides see the same terms — no he-said-she-said in the finance office.

If a dealer walks it back

If a dealer changes the accepted terms or can't honor them, your $500 Commitment Fund is protected and returned, and your agreement reopens to other dealers.

You stay in control

Nothing is final until you unlock a match and complete paperwork with the dealer. AsAgreed documents the terms and requests acceptance — it isn't a dealer, lender, or broker.

Transparent by design

Every agreement has a clear status.

You always know exactly where your agreement stands.

Open

Your agreement is active. Dealers can accept or counter your terms.

Countered

A dealer proposed revised terms. Review and accept, reject, or keep negotiating.

Matched

A dealer accepted your terms. Unlock to share contact and proceed — other dealers are closed out.

Completed

Both sides honored the agreement and proceeded to final paperwork.

Expired

The agreement timed out or was withdrawn before a dealer accepted.

Disputed

A party claims the agreed terms weren't honored. Admin review required.

Why it's different

Car buying, flipped.

The whole model is built around you, not the dealership.

You're never a lead

Other car sites sell your name and number to dealers, then your phone lights up. AsAgreed never shares your identity — not until you unlock a match.

The terms are the product

No sticker price, no haggling on the lot. You document the exact terms you'll accept, and dealers respond to that agreement — not the other way around.

The deal shouldn't move

The price you agreed to anonymously is the price waiting when you walk in. No surprise fees, no bait-and-switch between agreement and signing.

The deal you agreed to should be the deal you get.

Build a VIN-specific agreement in minutes. Stay anonymous until a dealer accepts or counters your terms.
