Find the VIN. Name your price. Back it with intent.
AsAgreed flips car buying. You don't browse inventory — you bring the exact car you want and the terms you'll accept. Dealers come to you, and you stay anonymous until there's a real match.
For buyers
Submit the VIN
Bring the exact car you want — enter its VIN, plus an optional listing URL and your ZIP code. We decode the VIN to confirm year, make, model, and trim.
Choose purchase or lease
Tell us how you want to buy. Each path asks only for the terms that matter for that deal type.
Name your terms
For a purchase: out-the-door price, down payment, financing or cash, credit band, trade-in, and timeline. For a lease: monthly payment, down, term, mileage, credit band, and timeline.
Verify yourself
Confirm your name, email, and mobile, and add a payment method. Dealers never see your identity — only an anonymous Buyer ID, your region, credit band, timeline, and terms.
Place the $500 Commitment Fund
A refundable hold used to verify your intent. It's held by AsAgreed, never disbursed to the dealer, and protected under clear, published rules.
Dealers respond
Dealers for that brand can accept your exact terms, counter with revised terms, or decline. You can negotiate anonymously through the platform.
Unlock the match
When a dealer accepts, you choose whether to unlock. Only then are contact details shared — and both sides proceed to final paperwork off-platform.
What a dealer sees
Dealers respond to demand, not personal data. Until you unlock a match, a dealer only ever sees:
- An anonymous Buyer ID (e.g. Buyer #10482)
- Your ZIP code / region
- Your self-reported credit band
- Your timeline
- Your deal terms
- Commitment Fund status — verified or not
Never your name, email, or phone — not until you choose to unlock.
A dealer's three choices
The dealer agrees to your submitted terms. Your request becomes Matched and you decide whether to unlock contact details.
The dealer proposes revised terms. You can accept, reject, or keep negotiating anonymously.
The dealer passes. Your request stays open to other dealers.
Agreement statuses
Your agreement moves through clear, color-coded states from start to finish.
Your agreement is active. Dealers can accept or counter your terms.
A dealer proposed revised terms. Review and accept, reject, or keep negotiating.
A dealer accepted your terms. Unlock to share contact and proceed — other dealers are closed out.
Both sides honored the agreement and proceeded to final paperwork.
The agreement timed out or was withdrawn before a dealer accepted.
A party claims the agreed terms weren't honored. Admin review required.
